Real Broker's technology: reZEN, Leo Pro and Real Wallet, from an agent who uses them daily

What each tool does, what Leo Pro costs now that it's paid, what Real Wallet is and isn't, and the AI I ended up building myself anyway.

Disclosure. I'm an agent at Real. If you join and name me as your sponsor, I get paid. Weigh what follows with that in mind.

Every cloud brokerage says it’s a technology company. The way to check is to ask what you’d actually open on a Tuesday. At Real that’s reZEN, and increasingly Leo. Here’s what each piece does, what it costs, and where I ended up building my own.

I run a team on these tools and sell full time. I like most of them. I’ll tell you where I don’t.

reZEN: the back office you run everything through

reZEN is Real’s own transaction and commission platform, and it’s the thing that makes the brokerage work without an office. You open every transaction in it, upload documents to it, talk to your broker through it, and get paid from it. Real’s own list of what it does:

  • Track your commission for the year and your progress toward the cap and Elite
  • Manage transactions, commission income and the contacts on each deal
  • Edit a transaction, add or adjust partners and referrals
  • Generate a commission disbursement authorization on demand and send it to whoever needs it
  • Deposit checks from your phone
  • Upload transaction documents and communicate with your broker

The part I’d point a new agent at is that last pairing. Broker review happens inside the file. You upload, the broker reviews, the CDA goes to the closing company, and your commission settles into Real Wallet. There’s no emailing PDFs to a compliance desk. That’s the workflow Real charges the $50 CBR fee for, and having come from a franchise office, it’s faster.

What I’d change: the speed of a human answer when something’s wrong. reZEN is good at the happy path. When a file is stuck for a reason the software can’t explain, you’re in a support queue, and I’ve waited longer than I’d like.

Leo: the free one and the paid one

Leo is Real’s AI, and as of October 20, 2026 it comes in two forms.

Leo Basic lives inside reZEN and is free. It answers questions about your transactions, your commission and your revenue share, and it can open a support ticket for you.

Leo Pro is the paid product Real launched at its RISE conference. It’s an assistant that works in your name: it answers leads, books showings, follows up, drafts listing marketing and contracts, and runs a set of single-purpose “AI agents” you can direct by text or voice. Real’s own description of the boundary matters:

Anything that sends, signs, changes a deal or moves money waits for your yes.

So it drafts and queues. You approve. That’s the right design and it’s the thing I’d check still holds before I trusted it with a client conversation.

What Leo Pro costs

Price What’s included
Leo Pro $19.99 a month 20,000 Leo Tokens a month
Founder pricing $9.99 a month for 12 months Same, for agents who subscribed October 20 to 23, 2026 (closed)
Token packs $10 for 10,000, $30 for 30,000 Need an active plan; bought tokens never expire
Free trial $0 20,000 tokens for every agent (30,000 for beta users)

Tokens are the meter. Every job Leo does burns some, a listing video more than a text reply. Your monthly 20,000 expire at the end of each billing period; packs you buy don’t. Run out and Leo pauses, holds your in-progress task for 72 hours, and waits for you to top up.

So it isn’t a seat. It’s a meter with a twenty-dollar floor. For most agents that will be cheap for what it does. If you’re planning to run your whole lead follow-up through it, find out what a month of your volume actually costs in tokens before you plan around it.

What Leo Pro costs in a month, by tokens used

$19.99 includes 20,000 tokens. Each extra 10,000 is a $10 pack (bought tokens never expire; plan tokens reset monthly).

Two more facts from Real’s FAQ: Leo Pro is still in beta, and it connects to CRMs including Lofty but “doesn’t replace your CRM.” Getting a Leo Line phone number or building your own agents in Builder requires the paid plan.

Real Signature

Real’s own e-signature tool, inside reZEN. You build reusable templates, send packets, and track status from your phone. Real’s pitch is plain: “save money by avoiding third-party subscription fees.” That’s what it’s for. If you’re paying for DocuSign today, this is one line item that goes away.

Real Wallet

Real Wallet is a business checking account tied to your commission and revenue share, issued through Thread Bank (Real isn’t a bank, and says so). Your commission settles into it directly rather than via a transfer to your outside bank. The published features for US agents:

  • Business checking with a Visa debit card, no monthly fees, no credit check
  • Tax planning accounts that set aside a percentage of each closing automatically
  • Real Wallet Capital, a pre-approved line of funding “based on your business history,” with same-day funding and no application, in the states where it’s available
  • Rewards points on deposits and spending that can cover transaction fees in reZEN

Two things to know before you treat it as optional. Since September 1, 2026, US agents must have a Real Wallet business checking account to receive revenue share at all. And Real Wallet Capital is a loan. Pre-approved, convenient, and a loan. Read the rate.

The AI I built myself, and why

When Leo Pro launched I went down the feature list, and most of it I already had. Over the last year I built my own systems on top of a general AI model: one that reads my inbox and CRM every morning and drafts replies, one that pulls the tax card and deed when a listing appointment is booked, one that turns a new listing into a carousel, a caption and a reel, one that turns each of my videos into an article like this one, and one that drafts my weekly email to sellers.

Here’s the thing they have in common. They all write drafts. None of them talks to a client without me. The part I didn’t build is the part Leo Pro sells hardest: outreach that runs on its own, in my name, around the clock. I didn’t build it because the failure mode is a client getting a wrong answer with my name on it, and I’d rather pay someone with a compliance team to carry that risk than carry it myself.

So my honest advice is: build or buy the drafts, pay for the outreach, and watch the outreach closely. And don’t pick a brokerage for its AI. Not Real, not anybody. The models change every six months. Pick the brokerage for the economics and the people, and treat the AI as this year’s tool.

Questions people ask me

Do I have to use reZEN? Yes. It’s where transactions, broker review and commission happen. There’s no alternative workflow.

Is Leo free? Leo Basic in reZEN is free. Leo Pro is $19.99 a month plus tokens.

Does Real give me a CRM? Not one of its own. Leo Pro connects to several, including Lofty, and you can import contacts by CSV. Your CRM is still your choice and your cost.

Do I have to bank with Real Wallet? For your commission, you can still be paid out to an outside account. For revenue share, since September 2026, you need the Real Wallet business checking account.

Is the technology a reason to join? It’s a reason not to rule Real out. Whether the economics work for you is the bigger question.
